"It is not nearly so important how well a message is received as how well it is sent. You cannot take responsibility for how well another accepts your truth; you can only ensure how well it is communicated. And by how well, I don't mean merely how clearly; I mean how lovingly, how compassionately, how sensitively, how courageously, and how completely."

  1. Play In The Abundant Garden. You manifest who you are being, not what you want.

WOW! Look at all the things that I have!

I woke up this morning feeling rather perplexed at a string of dreams I’d just left. One after the other, I dreamt that family, friends and even animals were dying. There was no blood or gore, nothing horrific or horror movie-esque, just gentle scenes of rolling sadness as I watched family members pass away, one by one. When I woke I had an awareness that this dream brought a message with it.

I called upon the Queen of The Angels, Mother Mary. I resonate with her so much, her advice and guidance always speaks to my heart and uplifts me with its wisdom, whether it is happy guidance or something I don’t necessarily want to hear! She always has a way of helping me to understand the greater meaning and that, in itself, allays any fear I might have.

After my dream, I wanted to know the significance of it. She showed me an abundant garden.

  2. Do We All Have Our Own Angel? Unveiling the Truth About Guardian Angels

New Blog Post Announcement Social Media Post (8)Do we all have our own Angel?

Many people ask me “so, do I have an angel then?” And my answer is always a huge YES!

Have you ever felt a guiding presence in your life, a force nudging you toward the right path, or a comforting embrace during challenging times? This is likely to be your own Guardian Angel.

My first experience of meeting my Guardian Angel was so moving. I remember being sat on my bedroom floor, meditating and intentionally calling on my Guardian Angel. I didn’t feel very hopeful. I’d tried to connect with my Guardian Angel many times before and had never felt anything hugely significant. Why would this time be any different?! Luckily, my level of hope didn’t affect what happened next.

Sarah* was a courageous individual on her path to healing. Sarah had been carrying the weight of past traumas and unresolved fears that had impacted her well-being for years.

In our session, we began with Angelic Aspects Therapy. Sarah identified her inner child, a vulnerable aspect of herself still carrying the wounds of her past. This inner child was frightened, hesitant, and in need of healing. Sarah was rather panicked to discover this part of her and upon realising what her inner child was frightened of, her nervous system heightened.

Balancing Act: Nurturing Balance Through The Heart.

I am a woman of many faces; a shapeshifter, chameleon, all things to all people. I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, a healer, an entrepreneur, a writer, a pet owner, a sister, a daughter in law, a friend, a student, a mentor … the list goes on. My roles in life are many and varied and I love them all. I don’t praise myself enough for how I manage to effortlessly ‘change hats’ throughout the day, transitioning seamlessly from businesswoman to Mum, to wife, to friend. That’s just what I do, I don’t question it, I simply juggle my various roles as well as I can.

An image flashes through my mind of the Two of Earth from my favourite angel tarot deck. The image shows a person perched precariously on a tight rope, juggling balls in the air. This is me. And probably every other adult human I know. Performing a balancing act and striving to stay on top of the rope.

  5. Your Mind Is Frivolity. It Will Get You Nowhere!

My mentor, Jane, tells me “you’re like a kid in a candy shop!“. She couldn’t be more right, my mind feels just like those rows and rows of sweetie jars; the thoughts and ideas are all enticing and each one calls to me, enticing me, asking me to taste it.

“It’s frivolous“ she says “your mind is frivolity, it will get you nowhere. You can forage around in the dirt as much as you want and live with this frivolity, or you can harmoniously dismantle from it and follow your soul’s trajectory“
“How does my soul suggest that I do that?“ I ask
