How do Christmas and self-love relate? For those of you celebrating Christmas with your family or friends, Christmas is always busy and your own needs may feel as if they’re being put on the back burner. For those of you alone at Christmas, know that you don’t need other people around you to still have that feeling of togetherness and connection. When self love steps in, all feels loving, whole and taken care of.
I’d really like you to all give yourself the gifts of value and real love this year. Christmas wasn’t created for the presents underneath the Christmas tree – as much as I love those. Christmas is about so much more: it’s about a feeling, an expression of love and closeness. Let’s get those feelings flowing with a celebration of Mindful Self love.
