Self-awareness is the very foundation of all emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth. It gives us the ability to be able to look inwardly, and to be aware of our thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours. If we lack in self awareness we can easily become stuck in toxic habitual patterns for years, even an entire lifetime, which could lead to an inauthentic and chaotic life. Without self-awareness, we can be totally self-destructive.
This Mindful Self Awareness workshop will help you to understand why self-awareness can be so difficult and then guide you through mindful techniques designed to help you to cultivate an ability to introspect, examine and understand yourself on a much deeper level.
