The fear of confronting a situation and asserting a boundary can be all too scary and real for introverted people. Anxiety and passivity become a regular theme in our lives as we struggle to assert our voice, opinion or stance on subjects that we’re actually quite passionate about. So how do we mindfully conquer our anxiety, challenge the fearful mind traps that come up and regain confident assertiveness? This workshop teaches you how to do that.
